Coquet Island yesterday from Hauxley beach. We went for a walk along the beach to see if there were any velvet crabs around but by the time we arrived the tide was too far in so we decided instead to have a run up the beach for a bit of exercise. These are a few photographs of where we live! Its time to go back to sea and leave this all behind for another month.
I will keep you posted,when I get an opportunity, on more background history of the cobles. In the meantime the Morning Star is now made fast for February winds see you again in early March, Sandy
