The cooking of the catch



Cold water crab now your talking! Get a fresh crab and boil it in sea water for the same time as lobster.
 Open up the claws to expose the white meat and you will find the main body of the crab is full of brown meat. Separate these two meats as they produce different flavours.! Serve with some crusty bread, fresh salad and you have a great meal. Enjoy
